He was predeceased by: his parents, May Woods and Forrest Coverdale; and his siblings, Lawrence Coverdale, Elizabeth Hirschy, Mary Alice, Robert Coverdale and Russell Coverdale.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sister LauraMae Ratliff (UD); his children, Marie Coverdale, Dr. Christine Coverdale (Chris Mirate), Matthew Coverdale, Andrew Coverdale (Jamie) and Heather Haley (Jeffrey Haley); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Cole, Audra, Adam, Cutter, Adrien, Alyvia and Peter.
Masks are requested to protect immune suppressed guests wishing to attend Chuck's service.
