He was predeceased by: his father Edward Pifer; his brother David M. Bell; and his former wives, Vicki Traverse (Rice) and Krista Bell (Koehneke). He is survived by: his stepfather William E. Bell (Bud); his wife Cynthia Bondurant; his children, Brian Bell (Kimberly), Stefanie Wall (John) and Tracy Westerman (Rob); his stepsons, John Robbins (Shelley), Colin Killmer (Sandy) and Christopher Killmer (Emily); and his siblings, William Bell and Kari Jo Phau. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
