She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Haedtler and Bonnie Haedtler (Wells); and her husband Archie Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Jon Wallace (Katherine Suender), William Wallace (Cynde) and Christopher Lewis; her siblings, Susan Ruth (Josef) and David Haedtler (Carrielynn); her grandchildren, Joshua Wallace, Samuel Wallace, Liam Wallace, Annika Wallace, Caroline Wallace, Andrew Wallace, Jacob Wallace, Ryan Suender and Koen Suender; and her great grandchildren, Madelaine Wallace and Henry Wheelock.
When Covid hit Carol would perform online theater in Zoom with her friends from St. Paul's Episcopal church in San Diego.
