He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Foster and Vernice Foster (Greenway); and his daughter Lisa Rockwell. He is survived by: his wife Carole Foster; his children, Laurie Foster, Craig Foster, Alaine Bollinger (Ian) and Susan Broekhuis; and his grandchildren, Andrea Seymour (Brian), Kurtis Newhouse (Connie), Rachel Newhouse (Freddy), Nick, Ellie Foster, Emily, Allison Nauta, Cole Mosqueda, Colin Bollinger, Lindsey and Molly Broekhuis. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
