It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Sue (Wuerth) Blackburn of Portage, Michigan, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 16, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Wuerth and Shirley M. Wuerth (West). She is survived by: her husband Ronald of Portage, MI; her sister Shirley Jean "Jeanie" Watts (Wuerth) of Greensboro, NC; and her children, Jennifer Erickson (John) of San Diego, CA, Sheryl Meyers (David) of Portage, MI, Random Blackburn (Zailyn Prada-Blackburn) of Aurora, CO, Laura Sampson (Kevin) of Peru, IL, Roger Blackburn (Rebekah Cozad) of Mattawan, MI and Amy Moore (Douglas) of Yorkville, IL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Smile Train or Operation Smile.
