With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Lea Butler of Portage, Michigan, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Young and Dorcas Young (Knaggs); her son David Butler; and her sister Shirley Cooley (Melvin). She is survived by: her husband John Butler of Portage; her daughter Leslie Vogler (John) of Mendon; her granddaughter Angie Gibson (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Christean Gibson and Haeden Gibson.
