He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Newhouse and Effie Newhouse (Esman); and his siblings, Vern Newhouse (Janice), John Newhouse (Elaine), Chuck Newhouse (June) and Henrietta Stauble (Harold).
He is survived by: his wife Jane (Kuiper); his sons, Steve Newhouse (Deb), Dave Newhouse (Julie) and Ron Newhouse (Ruth); and his siblings, Louis Newhouse (Joann), Elnora Alphenaar (Fred) and Betty Alphenaar. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
