She is survived by: her children, Keith LaRose (Lisa), Karen Smith (Robert), Kelly Luckadoo (Otis), Kriste Finazzo (Charles) and Renee Steagall (Michael). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.

Memorials in memory of Donna may be made to either the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or Mass Cards to St. Marys Catholic Church.
