He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schommer of Port Sanilac; his children, Kelly Schommer of Lexington, Teresa James (Bill) of Chicago, Michael Schommer (Tarah) of Grant Township and Matthew Schommer of Burtchville; his grandchildren, Jonathon Sherman (Rianne), Mary Sherman, Veronica Schommer, Max Schommer, Gemma James, Leo Schommer, Genevieve Schommer, Augustine Schommer, Benedict Schommer and Ambrose Schommer; his great grandchild Theo Sherman; and his siblings, Gerald Schommer (Barbara) of Port Sanilac, Lawrence Schommer (Cynthia), Rodney Schommer (Mary) of Carsonville and Beth Hardison (Dell) of Port Sanilac.
