She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Koschany and Magdalena Koschany; her husband Alfred H. Putze; and her siblings, Leonard, Hans Koschany and Elisabeth Koschany.

She is survived by: her children, Theresa Foster (Tom), Christina Spitzig (Wayne), Dolores Stocker-Deloy (Don) and Kirk Putze (Michelle); her grandchildren, Dr. Tanya Holloway (Graham), Jeff Spitzig, Kyle Stocker (Nicole) and David Stocker (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Carter Holloway, Spencer Holloway, Kaden Spitzig, Nathan Stocker, Ryan Stocker and Hazel Stocker.
