He is survived by: his wife Miranda MacDuff; his children, Avery and Wyatt; his siblings, Kimberly Vollstaedt (Stimac) and Shawn (Loyal); and his close friends, Duchess Klinger, Patches, Robert Sloan, Paul and Vicky Logan.
