She is survived by: her children, Perry Henn (Mona) and DeeAnn Liadis (Bill); her grandchildren, Kenny, Teri, Perry Jr., Christopher, Evan, David, Emilee and Eric; her great grandchildren, Logan, Perry III, Alexis, Annabelle, Emeri, Bailey, Morgan, McKenzie, David II, Carson, Blake, Everhett and Leah; and her siblings, Wayne Wilcox (Linda) and Faye Gugel.
