He is survived by: his children, Robert Skinner (Janet) and Susan Phillips (Jim); his siblings, Gerald Skinner, Sandy Stokes and Janice Rivet; and his son-in-law Tom Hofmann. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
