He is survived by: his significant other Cherry Mosurak; his partner's child Lee Mosurak (Kalena); his daughter Amy Southworth (Zach); his siblings, Michelle Patterson, Jackie Kibbe (Alan), Carolyn Purkiss (Tom) and Eric Rucker (Deb); his grandchildren, Helena Mosurak, Madeline, Maya and Mackenzie Southworth; his niece Casey; his nephew James; and his close friend Dan Gingiloski. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
