He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Hyde and Marion Hyde. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth A. Simpson; his son David Hyde (Shannon); his stepchildren, Charles Simpson and Rachel Goodman (Eric); his siblings, Wanda Helmrich, Ruth Kennedy (Mark), James Hyde (Sue) and Thomas Hyde; and his mother-in-law Joan DeLand.
