As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Irene "Rene"; his parents, Harry Heidtke and Rufina Heidtke; his daughters, Mary Kay "Katie" and Jeanne Heidtke; his sister Christine; and his siblings-in-law, Cameron Clark and Rita Gilmer.
The family would prefer memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
