He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Benjamin, Donna Fogal, O. Dean and Marion Streeter. He is survived by: his parents, James Fogal and Dana Fogal; his wife Ashley L. Jarrett; his children, Sydney and Jacob; his siblings, Janet Gangwer (Matthew) and Matthew Fogal (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Caleb Gangwer, Joshua Gangwer, Ellie Fogal, Bennett Fogal and Garrick Hill; his parents-in-law, Doug and Cathy Jarrett; his sister-in-law Cortney Hill (Christian); and his aunts, Linda Cheney and Dawn Tilman (Dan).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to wishes of the family (in support of Sydney and Jacob) or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
