She was predeceased by: her parents, William Black and Emma Black; her husband Maurice J. Tack; her sons, Brian and Darren Tack; her grandson Jakob Simpson; and her siblings, Charlotte Armstead, Joyce Smerer, Bea Gillette, Lorie McGregor, Mary Remick, Walter, Clifford, Robert and Russell Black.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Aldrich (Tim), Laurie Beamer (Joe) and Kevin Tack (Kristen); her grandchildren, Nathan Aldrich (Crystal), Tiffany Aldrich (Jason Russell), Zachary Aldrich, Kevin Tack, Courtney Tack, Justin Tack (Freya Petty), Jolynn Lewandowski (Marcus), Ashley Beamer, Travis Beamer (Sarah Greiner) and Brian Tack, Jr.; and her brother Bill Black. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
