He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McGill and Edith McGill (Meinhardt); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Kensington and Beverly Lange. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Patricia Larson (Brian) and Michael McGill (Lisa); his grandchildren, Brandon Borycki, Carter McGill, Connor McGill, Bailey Borycki and Catherine McGill; and his sister Judy Kensington.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (325 32nd St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Water Hospice or the Salvation Army.
