He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton MacDonald and Betty MacDonald; his brother Keith MacDonald; and his brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Zeller. He is survived by: his children, Gordon MacDonald Jr. (Jamie Jones) and Sonya VanEenoo (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Zachery Wilson (Katherine), Catherine Becker and Josephine Kirchner; his great grandchildren, Zecheriah and Thyella Wilson; his siblings, Judy Zeller, Larry MacDonald (Ardelle Kingsbury) and Jerry MacDonald (Ernie); and his pets, Princess Snow and Cocoa Puff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home (912 Lapeer Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
