He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Hill. He is survived by: his wife Lesley Brown-Hill; his sister-in-law Linda Lanning (Wayne); his mother Joan Hill; and his siblings, Vic Hill, Lorraine Hillock (Buster) and Keith Hill (Barb).
Rocky requested that everyone who knew him plant a tree in his honor reflecting his love of nature, or by donating to the St. Clair County Humane Society reflecting his love for dogs.
