He is survived by: his wife Hazel Roelens; his daughters, Nichole Clark, Amber Sherbutt-Clark, Krista Sherbutt-Clark and Lacey Clark; his grandchildren, Shea, Bria, Kory Bondie, Lillyanna, Violet, Avia and Messiah Clark; his stepsons, Norman and David Ferguson; his stepgrandchildren, Josh, Mary, Latasha, Sadie, Katie and David Jr.; his siblings, Frederick (Lisa), Gary, Randy (Darci), Scott Clark (Crissy), Dianne Clark, Theresa Clark and Julia Bellefleur (Paul); his brother-in-law Gene Ryan; and his close friends, Kelly and Will Labadie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
