He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Kelly and Neil Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Kelly (Franzel); his children, Charles Joshua Kelly, Logan Kelly and Sierra Kelly; and his sister Jan Reed.
A celebration of Chuck's life will be held In honor of Chuck's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
