She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Rumptz and Theresa Rumptz; her significant other Charles; and her siblings, Harold, John Rumptz, Donna Artman and Shirley Locke.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Howard Jr. (Polly), Thomas Howard (Julie), David Howard (Rose), Mark Howard, Timothy Howard (Janet) and Terri Howard (Brad Nickolchuk); her grandchildren, Corrie, Christie, Chuck III, Rachel (Eduardo), Ryan (Tina), Meredith (Matt) and Erik; and her great grandchildren, Braxton, Maddox, Isaac, Olivia, Cassie, Caden, Colton, Liberty, Mason and Madeline.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or Visiting Nurse Association.
