He was predeceased by : his parents, William W. Budinger and Twila E. Budinger; and his sister Kathy Blaszczuk. He is survived by : his wife Debra A. Ruiz; his son William M. Budinger; his sisters, Linda Wessel (Robert), Nancy Sherman (Del) and Pam Brown (Lanny); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Blaszczuk, Domingo Ruiz (Jerie) and David Ruiz (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
