She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Urie and Dorothy Urie; her husband Thomas W. Surline; her brothers, John Urie, Ralph Urie and Robert Valdez; and her sister-in-law Judy Urie.
She is survived by : her son Stephen Parker (Mindy); her siblings, Mildred Urie and Dennis Urie; and her sister-in-law Marlene Valdez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
