He is survived by: his wife Karen Gobel; his children, Timothy Sassanella (Dean Charrington) and Lynette McCombs (John); his grandchildren, Amelia and Kenzie McCombs; his sister Cindy Wier (James); his nephew Aaron Dortman (Lisa); his niece Brie Dortman (Michael Crusskan); his cousin Jane Warsinske (Allen); and his friends, Eileen and Gerald Ward.
