He was predeceased by : his siblings, Georgene "Pudge" Chidester and Alan Cook; and his brother-in-law Don Thibideau. He is survived by : his wife Judy Kay LaVere; his children, Penny Thomason (Anthony), Julianne Cook-Worden and Steven S. Cook; his grandchildren, Justin Thomason (Malerie) and Jenna Rose Worden; his great grandchildren, Callie Breeze Thomason and Laney Kyle Thomason; his siblings, Harold Cook (Joan), Eletha Thibideau and Shirley Borgerson (Orland); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Cook and Don Chidester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
