He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barr and Emma Barr; his wife Linda Lewandowski; his brother Bill Barr; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Steemburg, Robert G. Lewandowski and Nancy Barr.
He is survived by: his son Chris Barr (Lisa); his brother Jerry Barr; and his sisters-in-law, Geri Steemburg, Karen Lewandowski and Betty Barr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
