He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Scott Collinge, Jeffrey Collinge (Kathryn), Craig Collinge, Heidi Combs (Joshua) and Bryan Collinge (Jill); his grandchildren, Cody Steinhaus, Selina, Kyle, Emily, Camrynn, Landon, Logan, Chase Collinge and Chloe Combs; his siblings, Donald Collinge (Sandy) and Sue Hunt; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold, Butch, Raymond Ostrander and Linda Jo Dennis (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
