With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Ballard of Port Huron Township, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Walter Ballard; and his stepfather George. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia L. Wilson; his children, Tina Garcia (Rich), Terri Herman Jr. (Ted) and Robert Ballard Jr. (Jennell); and his grandchildren, Theodore Herman III, Samantha Herman (Pie), Ryan and Randy Cote. He is also survived by his family and friends.
