He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Foltz and Margaret Foltz; his son Russell Foltz; and his siblings, Claire Foltz, Phillip Foltz, Jane Sosnowski and James Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughter Cynthia Dortman (Rick); his grandchildren, David Dortman (Cindi), Dana Foltz and Christopher Foltz; his great grandchildren, Avery and Molly Dortman; his brothers, Reverend Darrell Foltz (Jan) and Raymond Foltz (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Howe, Carmen Morden and Chris Sosnowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
