He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Johnsick and Doris Johnsick; his granddaughter Julia L. Johnsick; his sisters, Joan Gundel, Mary Finn Lawrence and Ann Booth; and his stepbrothers, Ricky and Jerry Godi.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Allen; his sons, Michael Johnsick (Jennifer Moore), Andrew, Mark and David Johnsick; his grandchildren, Jake, Samuel, Zoe, Jenna and Andrew; his brothers, Joe Johnsick (Toni) and Raymond Johnsick; his brothers-in-law, Michael Booth and Gill Lawrence; and his stepbrothers, Joe, Jim and Ron Godi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
