He was predeceased by: his father Louis Booth; and his former wife Ann Johnsick Booth. He is survived by: his wife Regina Pelinski; his sons, Michael L. Booth Jr. and Robert D. Booth (Darla Chattick); his stepchildren, Bill Pelinski (Kristine), Brian Pelinski (Monika) and Erica Naquin (Sean); his grandchildren, Trevor M. Booth, Ian R. Booth, Ella Pelinski and Irene Naquin; and his sisters, Marilyn Epps (David) and Lori Mehler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
