He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Hubbard. He is survived by: his father Lawrence Hubbard (Cindy); and his siblings, Laurie Ann Lashbrook (Brian), Leslie Lynn Snyder (Norman), Jason Clark (Hilary) and Audrey Clark. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
