He is survived by: his father James Kovach; his wife Ann; his children, April Kovach, Christine Kustowski (Max), Jason Kovach (Nicki) and Scot Kovach (Acacia Harris); his sisters, Debbie Mainguy, Barb Foley and Julie Cowdry; his mother-in-law Joan Reynolds; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Reynolds, Jody Norris (Jeff) and Audrey Foree (Gilbert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
