She was predeceased by: her father Alfred Bartley; her siblings, Kenneth Bartley (Marian) and Norma MacDonald (Dallas); and her nephews, Gary, David and Jeffery MacDonald.
She is survived by: her husband Robert H. "Bob" Foss; her children, Catherine Grattan (Stephen), Elizabeth Hart (Robert) and Ronald Foss; and her grandsons, David Grattan (Janal), Paul Grattan (Rachel), Adam Hart (Ashley) and Brian Hart. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and several nieces and a nephew.
