He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bartley and Hazel Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Melba Lewandowski; his children, Jacob Bartley (Courtney), Katie Bartley (Nick Moser), Nichole Stewart (Kevin) and Jamie Force; his granddaughter Carissa Stewart; and his brothers, Edward Bartley II and Eric Bartley.
