She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hawegen and Patricia White; her husband Clifford Leroy Thornton; and her grandson Nicholas Joseph Thornton. She is survived by: her children, David Thornton (Sarah), Cherie Bantle (Terry) and Theresa Kittridge (James); her grandchildren, David, Elizabeth, Catherine, Christina (Matt), Michael (Brandy), Samantha (Russell), Amanda (Kyle) and Diana (Jordan); and her siblings, Jerry Emerick, Terry Weir, John Emerick, Gloria Brown, Bud White (Nancy) and Charles White (Mary).
