He was predeceased by: his father Charles F. Middleton; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Arlene Mills; his sisters-in-law, Valerie Mills and Maxine Glombowski; and his pet Odie.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Middleton; his wife Sherry; his son Jeff Land (Stacey); his grandchildren, Tyler, Jesse and Tehya Land; his siblings, Robert Middleton (Dawn), Brian Middleton (Angie), Becky Stoner and Timothy Middleton (Tracie); and his brother-in-law Michael Mills. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Reverend Anthony Russell will officiate.Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to the family or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
