She was predeceased by: her father William Robertson; her husband Arthur D. Welsh; and her brother Paul Robertson (Marion). She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Welsh (Teri), Jennifer Edwards (Denny) and Jessica Welsh (Freddie Wisniewski); and her brothers, Donald Robertson (Betty) and David Robertson (Lynn). She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Port Huron Church of Christ for their annual Thanksgiving Baskets and Christmas Adoption Programs.
