He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schave and Beatrice Schave (Hunter); his sons, Terry Schave and Randy Strozeski; and his siblings, Ken (Bernie), Don (Deanna), Beatrice (Hugh), Lee (Blanche), Paul Jr. (Elsa) and Doris (Nathan).
He is survived by: his wife Alice Schave of Port Hope; his children, Lori Schave, Brenda Schave, Larry (Cindy Strozeski), Dan (Candy Strozeski), David (Claudia Strozeski), Linda (Darwin Krueger), Rita (Ron Watts) and Steve Strozeski; and his sister Phyllis. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
