It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hugh Harwood of Port Hope, Michigan, born in Adams, North Dakota, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Harwood and Jane Harwood (Keefer); and his siblings, Gene Harwood, Neil Harwood, Shirley and Karen Harwood.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Harwood (Shannon) of North Carolina and Vicky Mazza (Lawrence) of St. Clair Shores; his grandchildren, Skylar (Spencer Harwood), Riley Mazza and Mollie Rae Morton; and his brothers, Gary Harwood and Larry Harwood (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the St. John Lutheran Church, or Disabled Veterans.
