He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Woodke and Clara Woodke (Sommers); his brother-in-law Ervin Muter; and his nephew Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Muter of Bad Axe, Norman Woodke (Gail) of Harbor Beach and Dale Woodke (Pam) of Alto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the United Methodist Church.
