He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Koglin and Mae Koglin; and his daughter Debra Maurer. He is survived by: his wife Bernice S. Koglin; his sons, Douglas Koglin (Carol), Curtis Koglin (Barbara) and Roger Koglin (Jennifer); his sister Marlene Martinez; and his sister-in-law Pat Midyett. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 14 great-granchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
