He is survived by: his wife Belma Gorang of Port Austin; his children, Aaron Gorang (Jamie) of Munster and Anita (Tamina) of Belleville; his grandchildren, Kamden, Keegan, Jordan, Jacob and Niyah; his siblings, Larry Gorang (Diana) of Kalamazoo and Maureen Duggan (Dennis) of Port Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Schmidt, Steve Schmidt (Denise) and Becky Schmidt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
