He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Arpin and Nora Frances Arpin (Campbell); his wife Nora Arpin (Teagan); his brothers, Ken Arpin (Kyoung) and Rick Arpin (Teresa); his great-nephew Eddie Lowe; his close friend Donald Oakley; and his friend Eddie Tann. He was also cherished by five nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life when the pandemic allows us to gather together to remember him.
