He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Valasek of Port Austin; his children, Fred Valasek (Martha) of Frankenmuth and Becky Keyser of Port Austin; his grandchildren, Trey (Amanda), Paige, Logan and Sabrina; his great grandchild Spencer; and his niece Sue Vennix.
