He is survived by: his mother Marie Kozlowski (Koroleski); his wife Denise Kozlowski (Schramski); his children, Wayne Kozlowski (Lori), Susan Wolschlager (Terry) and Scott Kozlowski (Kristina); his grandchildren, Tegan, Kole, Brady, Cody, Alec, Savannah and Fisher; his siblings, David Kozlowski (Gloria), Diane Pionk (Charlie), Dorren Slack (Charlie), Doris (Lou), Steve Schramski (Kim), Ron Schramski (Robin), Jim Schramski (Rose) and Kathy Schramski; and his parents-in-law, Art, Josephine Schramski, Linda Kozlowski, Linda Schramski, Mike Schramski and Brian Schramski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
