She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Kosinski and Eleanor Cecelia Kosinski (Kula). She is survived by: her children, Luann Hass (Jim) and Dean Parks (Jessica); her siblings, Donald Kosinski (Diana), Eugene Kosinski (Tammy), Edward Kosinski (MaryJo), Frederick Kosinski (Martha Bresky), Alice Marie Craig, Cynthia Forbing (John Sr.), Vivian Thuemmel and Colleen Mouton; her son Charles Parks; and her granddaughter Melinda Kay Hooper.
